We design, co-engineer, inspire, or participate in, civic economy and enterprise projects in the domains listed on the "Focus" page and others, through the following operations:

connecting progressive entrepreneurs, change agents and leaders from within and across the private, public, civic, philanthropic and academic sectors in systemic and synergistic combinations,
integrating state-of-the-art knowledge with best practice,
identifying, selecting and partnering with complementary organisations to maximise competences and capacities,
forging teams of specialists, dedicated individuals and volunteers afresh for each project,
running a flexible, close-to-the-client and quasi-virtual structure with minimum fixed overheads.
